In una giornata di festa c'è purtroppo anche la triste notizia della scomparsa del caro Hasan Fazlic, grandissimo artista e umorista bosniaco. Hasan, nato a Tuzla nel 1937, e che conoscevo dal '75 al Salone di Bordighera, è stato una delle maggiori firme dell'ex Jugoslavia. Cartoonist e illustratore di spicco, pluripremiato nelle maggiori manifestazioni nel mondo (Palma d'Oro a Bordighera nel 1980), con la famiglia fu profugo per alcuni anni in Italia a causa della guerra che infuriava negli anni '90 nella sua città, Sarajevo. Alla fine del conflitto era tornato nel suo Paese, continuando la sua splendida attività di disegnatore. Ciao Hasan e grazie per la tua bella amicizia. Un abbraccio alla famiglia.    

🇬🇧 On a day of celebration unfortunately there is also the sad news of the passing of dear Hasan Fazlic, a great Bosnian artist and humorist. Hasan, born in Tuzla in 1937, and whom I had known since 1975 at the Bordighera Salon, was one of the major names in the former Yugoslavia. Prominent cartoonist and illustrator, award-winning in the major events in the world (Golden Palm in Bordighera in 1980), with his family he was a refugee for a few years in Italy due to the war that raged in his city, Sarajevo, in the 90s. At the end of the conflict he had returned to his country, continuing his splendid career as a cartoonist. Hi Hasan and thank you for your beautiful friendship.

Hasan Fazlic (1937-2023), great Bosnian artist and humorist and cartoonist. Hasan, born in Tuzla in 1937,

He was one of the biggest firms of the former Yugoslavia. Renowned cartoonist and illustrator, multi-awarded in the largest demonstrations in the world (Palma d'Oro in Bordighera in 1980), with his family he was a refugee for some years in Italy due to the war raging in the 90s in his city, Sarajevo.
