The Jury of 41st International Nasreddin Hoca Caricature Competition comprised on 8 November 2021. The Jury, presided by Erdoğan BAŞOL has evaluated 2050 artworks drawn by 690 caricaturists from 63 countries. Jury members have chosen 11 finalists on the basis of majority system and with an evaluation process of 5 rounds. Finalists have established by the Jury members on the basis of secret voting system. The points given by the Jury members for the final evaluation have been calculated by the Jury members Ahmet ÖZTÜRKLEVENT and Kadir DOĞRUER to identify the winners of the awards and thus finalize the 41st International Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon Contest.
La giuria del 41° Concorso Internazionale di Caricatura Nasreddin Hoca si è costituita l'8 novembre 2021. La giuria, presieduta da Erdoğan BAŞOL, ha valutato 2050 opere disegnate da 690 caricaturisti provenienti da 63 paesi. I membri della giuria hanno scelto 11 finalisti sulla base del sistema di maggioranza e con un processo di valutazione di 5 round. I finalisti sono stabiliti dai membri della Giuria sulla base di un sistema di voto segreto. I punti assegnati dai membri della Giuria per la valutazione finale sono stati calcolati dai membri della Giuria Ahmet ÖZTÜRKLEVENT e Kadir DOĞRUER per identificare i vincitori dei premi e finalizzare così il 41° Concorso Internazionale Nasreddin Hodja Cartoon.
